How to troubleshoot logging into the Paper Platform?

If you're having trouble logging onto the Paper platform, please try these steps: 

1. Clear your cache and cookies (how to link here)

2. Close out the browser and open a new window to https://app.paper.co/login/

3. Try an incognito window

4. Restart your computer and try again

If you're still having trouble logging into the Paper platform, please open a Tutor Tech Support Zendesk ticket.
