Urgent shift deletions for shifts starting in less than 12 hours should now be requested via Slack in #sst_help_livehelp or #sst_help_rc. For shifts more than 12 hours away, use the platform to transfer them; no deletions will be processed. Manual shift transfers are suspended, so ensure you transfer shifts through the platform and remain responsible until the transfer is completed.
