How can I view my Zendesk tickets?

All tutors must have a ticket under their papertutors email to have access to the Zendesk viewing capabilities.

Here’s how to view your Zendesk tickets:

1. Navigate to https://paperservice.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
2. Click 'Sign in'  at the Top right corner.
3. Select 'Forget Password'.
4. Enter your papertutors email.
5. Navigate to your papertutors Gmail inbox.
6. Open the email from Zendesk and click 'Create Password'.
7. Enter a new password.
8. You will be navigated to Paper Service home screen, click your name at the top right corner and select 'My activities' to view your tickets.
